The view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain was fantastic. An amazing view.
The apartment is very tired. Not bright white as photos. Walls are dirty. Toilet seat in the main living area is awful and needs replacing. Sofa broken, is not connected properly and rocks when you sit on it. Bathroom in the maids room does not drain away so the floor is constantly wet due to the shower water and door needs updating as swollen and peeling due to water. Main bathroom door doesn't close properly either and peeling. Balcony was filthy except for the furniture.
