The beautifully maintained grounds feature elevators in every building, designated parking for each condo, and high-definition on all TVs. A peaceful central lagoon attracts a variety of wildlife and adds to the relaxed, resort-style feel of the community.
Step inside the condo and you’re immediately greeted by stunning views of the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico through floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a view you’ll find yourself returning to throughout the day, especially from the screened lanai with your morning coffee or evening drink in hand.
The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with comfortable seating for casual meals and conversation. New LVP flooring runs throughout the condo, and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The primary bath offers a double-sink vanity with granite countertops and a spacious walk-in shower.
The primary bedroom features a new king bed for restful nights, while the guest bedroom includes a new queen bed and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The condo has been thoughtfully updated nearly every year since 2010, and as of January 2025, all living and dining room furniture is brand new, giving the space a fresh, comfortable feel throughout.

This is our first time back since Ian and Sanibel does not disappoint. The Condo has a nice view of the property and the gulf. We really appreciated the comfortable furniture and all the necessary kitchen items. This condo has everything you need. The hosts were great with information on access, parking and also things that were happening on island during our stay. I also found the Sanibel History book was very interesting. Thank you Ken and Susan

This is a lovely condo with a great view of the pool and the beach. It has a very soothing Floridian feel to it. Very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing condo, lots of room, very clean! Absolutely recommend Sanibel also. We enjoyed every bit of our vacation.
