About this apartment rental
This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has memorable Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of counter seating and is fully equipped. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and entertainment center with 50-inch 4K QLED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43-inch 4K smart TV and direct access to the lanai. The custom designed ensuite master bathroom has a double-sink vanity with plenty of storage space and includes a beautiful seven foot by five foot walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a queen sized bed and twin extra long bed, with Roku HDTV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. There are granite counter tops and tile and new LVP floors throughout. Linens, including beach towels, are provided along with beach chairs and umbrella.

We loved the design and updated clean and simply look to the condo. With parking spot right out front it makes moving in and out a breeze as well. No complaints from us!

We had an incredible time this trip. This was due to the location and beautiful condo. Everything that we needed was ready and available for us. The condo is very nicely done with plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything seems brand new and an excellent location. The roof deck feature was awesome for evening sunsets and you are only steps away from the beach. The entire property is clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next year.

This property was very well stocked with everything you would need. It is clean and very well put together. The views and access are some of the best on the island. We have stayed at several properties in Sanibel and this is by far the best in terms of value and overall experience.
