This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has memorable Gulf views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of counter seating and is fully equipped. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and entertainment center with 50-inch 4K QLED smart TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43-inch 4K smart TV and direct access to the lanai. The custom designed ensuite master bathroom has a double-sink vanity with plenty of storage space and includes a beautiful seven foot by five foot walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom you’ll find a queen sized bed and twin extra long bed, with Roku HDTV, and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. There are granite counter tops and tile and new LVP floors throughout. Linens, including beach towels, are provided along with beach chairs and umbrella.

Loved it here! The unit was perfect; clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop patio is completely worth every penny! Great view, perfect for sunset, and beautiful star gazing. The condo complex is looking great as well. Beautiful grounds, nice pool area and they provide lounge chairs on the beach. Location on the island made it very convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. Definitely a great stay!

The unit was updated and very clean and the condo community was impeccably taken care of. Host was very responsive. The view from the lanaia and rooftop deck is incredible.

We had a week long stay in Paradise. It was a short walk to the beach, beautiful view from the lanai. I have not rented a condo in the past so was not sure what to expect. My review reflects answers, if you are new to renting a condo. I have nothing to compare our experience to. This is by no means a bad review it’s just to answer some questions you may have prior to your stay.The accommodations were very comfortable, bed, pillow and sheets! There were extra pillows in a cabinet but no extra pillow cases provided. We had essentially what we needed for the week, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. You will need to shop for food, spices, including salt & pepper, laundry soap (if you want to use the laundry machine, which we did several times in the week). There are fluffy hand towels, shower towels and washcloths provided. There was just enough toilet paper for two of us for the week, and we ran out of paper towel - there was not a full roll when we arrived. There was hand/body soap and a small amount of shampoo to get you started. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap provided and there was one pouch of coffee for your first morning - there is no Keurig. I packed some coffee from home b/c it was not clear and we are coffee drinkers I’m not sure if any of those additional items (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps) are provided by the property manager, we did not ask. We shopped for anything we needed during our stay. We had an amazing time, the condo is very comfortable, spacious and all updated just as the photos depict. The kitchen has all you will need to cook and there are gas grills, not far from the unit. We would absolutely rent here again in the future!
