WOW! What a great choice for a relaxing vacation! As I was looking at vacation rentals, Sanibel was my first thought. There were a few rentals at Pointe Santo but I specifically liked the fact that the owner gave Vet discounts. Decided to give this one a try. The whole experience was great! Easy to book and the owner was very responsive for some questions I had. The condo itself is beautiful. Beds are awesome and the view! Every morning we were able to sit on the lanai and see the Gulf. Each evening we were able to see the sunset from the lanai as well. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking. THe pool was great..never really crowded and the beach was amazing. Never made it to the hot tub..it was hot out there so a hot tub, not for us. We were always able to grab a beach lounger and umbrella. We had NO complaints whatsoever. The Gulf water was about 77 degrees so very refreshing. Absolutely LOVED this place!

We so enjoyed our stay here. Keith was very communicative and gave some great restaurant recommendations. Our kids loved the pool, we loved the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and it was just so cozy. We didn’t want to leave. Sanibel is magical! Thanks Keith for sharing your space with us!

Extremely well maintained, spotless and updated beach condo! Probably the nicest one I have ever stayed in and I have rented many properties in the US and Europe. Everything was extremely comfortable with extra linens in case somebody was cold at night. Great washer and dryer. Extra beach, chairs and beach toys for the kids. Very nice and safe complex with pool and hot tub that the kids loved. Right on the beach and so easy to access if you wanted to be up in the shade near the palm trees or down by the shore. Condo owner Keith is wonderful and was easy to communicate with. Extremely easy check-in process and checkout process. Would highly we will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can get the right dates! Best value for money of many places I have stayed!

We stayed in unit d33. The condo was fairly clean and comfortable. However, there were multiple annoyances during our stay. One, the satellite service to the tv was not so great as well as the Wi-Fi was poor. The second day we returned to our condo from the beach to find our water was turned off. After calling the service line they said the water should be back on by 4pm. The water ended up being out for 2 days because of some kind of emergency that was never really explained to me. In fact, the staff was pretty bad at communicating anything about this. The property seems to be poorly managed and maintenance mediocre. Another annoying thing was twice when we returned from dinner or shopping, the cleaning vehicle was parked in our spot even though our condo wasn’t being cleaned. Also, we were left only 2 trash bags and 4 roles of toilet paper for the whole week. So we had to purchase those on the island. Despite the hiccups, my daughters and me were determined to have a good week, but things could have been better. I regret not staying at Oceans Reach which is always excellent, but I tried something different this time. Anyway, you live and you learn
