Beautiful location mid island. Our hosts answered questions immediately. Close to beach and a wonderful pool. While noise is expected in condo buildings we had to listen to children screaming and crying daily both above and below our unit. We would choose a 3rd floor unit based on this next visit. Highly recommend using Kingfisher rental/management over going through gulf coast vacation rentals who ruined a vacation on the island last year, 2025 when they left us without a fridge for 3 days. Thank you.

This condo surpassed my expectations. It had a fantastic view of the ocean even from the bed of the primary suite. The facilities are beautiful and very well kept, including the heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and I was able to make any food I wanted. My husband said the multiple community grills were very nice and clean. In the condo, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and shelling tools. It was perfect for our family of five with young kids. We didn’t feel the need to purchase anything extra for the beach. There was even a small cooler for drinks. We felt very cared for with how well stocked things were and for how clean and well kept the condo was. It was an amazing vacation staying here and would highly recommend it.

The unit is a bit outdated and there’s a musty smell that was unpleasant. Otherwise fantastic location.
