Summary:

Gorgeous waterfront residence in the highly esteemed Pointe Santo de Sanibel development. Characterized by chic décor, stunning views, and bright sun-filled exposure, this unit aims to please even the most discerning of guests. Fully renovated in 2025 with the finest finishes and furnishings, guests will be amongst the first to experience the high-end finishing and furnishings.

The Space:

This unit is located in the Pointe Santo de Sanibel development, one of just a few positioned DIRECTLY on Sanibel`s beachfront. The primary bedroom is oversized with a king bed and features en-suite patio access and en-suite bathroom access. The primary bathroom features a dual vanity and walk in shower. In the guest bedroom there are two twin XL beds and an en-suite access to the second bathroom, featuring a single vanity and shower/tub combo (this bathroom is also accessible from a door in the living area). This unit also features a large den, with a Smart TV and second patio access. The den features a high end memory foam sleeper sofa that is quite comfortable and perfect for additional guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to a number of resort style amenities including a well appointed beachfront pool and hot tub, community center with activities for children, tennis, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and much more. Guests are entitled to access the Pointe Santo beach chairs as well. Please note we do not include other beach chairs for guest use and they must use the Pointe Santo chairs. Guests also receive a designated parking spot.



PARKING: Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Each unit has one reserved parking space. Park in the parking space reserved for your unit number only. Non-reserved spaces are extremely limited and may not be available. All motorized vehicles parked in non-reserved spaces must also display a valid parking permit. Permits may be obtained from the Pointe Santo office. No RVs, trailers, jet skis or boats are allowed



The Neighborhood:

Pointe Santo is one of the most exclusive developments on Sanibel Island and highly sought after for its amenities and first rate location. Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

Other Things to Note:

*Please be aware that a clubhouse is currently being built next to Building C, which may result in occasional daytime noise. The project is expected to be completed by July. While this work is outside of our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.*

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent to guests at time of confirmation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as we are needed, but provide guests the privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity!
