BEDROOM with 2 single beds 80X190 that can be pushed together for a 160X190 bed#��PGJyPgBATHROOM renovated with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine.
Separate WC.
The apartment is equipped with roller shutters and an air conditioning unit in the living room
shaded terrace of 7m2 with furniture.
In order to keep an attractive rate we ask all our tenants to carry out the end-of-stay cleaning or it will be charged 70€.
CITY CENTRE of Banuyls 10 minutes walk, small shops, market on Sunday and Thursday mornings. Numerous restaurants, brasseries, crêperies, bistronomic restaurants.
BEACHES: barter cove 5 minutes walk, central beach near the port, Elmes beach and Sanatorium at the entrance to the village.

Collioure 10 minutes by car and Spain 15 minutes away.
ACTIVITIES: For hikers, the coastal path from Argelès to Cerbère, the GR10, Tour de la Madeloc, Cap Béart, etc. and many walks in the vineyards.
