About this apartment rental
Just 6 km from the Spanish border, come enjoy a relaxing getaway in a cove on the Côte Vermeille, where you can go scuba diving or snorkeling, or simply swim in the crystal-clear waters and explore the underwater trail at Peyrefite Beach, just 500 meters away. The residence, located near Spain, the Cerbère-Banyuls National Nature Reserve, Banyuls-sur-Mer (7 km), Paulilles Cove (10 km), and Collioure (17 km), is the perfect base for exploring our beautiful Côte Vermeille. You can also enjoy the tennis courts and pétanque courts or simply relax in a wonderful setting. Finally, you can go hiking: the coastal trail passes right by the residence.
During the season, there’s a bar-restaurant with takeout pizza, a grocery store, and a diving club.
The €1 bus runs near the residence and serves the Côte Vermeille.
The village is entirely pedestrian-only (vehicle access permitted only on Saturdays for loading and unloading; parking is very close to the apartment).
The apartment (30 m²) includes:
- a pleasant 10 m² covered terrace with an electric griddle, patio furniture, and lounge chairs
- a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and washing machine,
- a living room with a 140x200 sofa bed, TV,
- a bedroom with a closet and a 140x190 bed, 4 63x63 pillows, and a travel crib
- a bathroom with a vanity, shower, and towel warmer
- a separate toilet
- an entryway.
The apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility (there are many stairs in the building)
Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and linens (towels, dish towels, etc.) as well as cleaning supplies
