About this apartment rental
Apartment of 45 m², very pretty and renovated, in a quiet residence with parking. There is a pleasant loggia overlooking the Bay of Banyuls.
An exceptional situation : in the middle of the Vermeille coast, very near of Spain (Figueras, Cadaques…), near of Perpignan (25 km), the town centre with the port and the beach or the pretty inlet 10 min walk, and the thalassoterapy centre in front of the residence (spa, balneo, possibility to have different kind of cares ).
During the summer, Banyuls is an authentic site, with the market place, family and daily activities, many visits : museum, coastal path, cellars… A preserved place. Dances and concerts practically every night (the noise don’t disturb because the residence is not in the town center).
You will find in our apartment many advices for your outings, and for your welcome a bottle of Banyuls wine. If you need, we can give you some information about rambles.
Our loggia is equipped with a barbecue in a closed cupboard. There are also electric shutters and a double sofa bed.
In the living room, there is a table for 2 or 4 people, a double sofa bed with mattress comfort and a simple sofa bed.

Très lumineux et suffisamment frais. Décoration agréable. Nombreuses possibilités de stationnement. Nous avons en outre été agréablement accueillis. Excellent séjour.

Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Situé près du port. Il faut néanmoins un véhicule pour pouvoir se rendre au supermarché.

Mais à notre grande surprise, la définition mentionnée dans l'annonce, ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité. Nous avons cherché la chambre, mais avons découvert un salon équipé de 2 canapés dont 1 déplié donnait 2 couchages avec une barre au milieu et 2 matelas séparés, pas vraiment l'idéal pour un couple. Ce couchage était de plus au ras du sol et croyez nous pour sortir du lit c'était gymnastique du matin.
C'est notre grande déception d'avoir put bénéficier d'un vrai lit , ce qui nous a fait apprécier notre retour à la maison et le confort d'un vrai lit
Dommage car l'appartement par lui même était ce que l'on en attendait en terme de surface et d'emplacement
La définition chambre n'est pas appropriée et devrait être supprimé de l'annonce au profit de salon avec canapé se dépliant pour couchage
Nous avons un retour prévu a Banyuls, mais ce ne sera pas dans cet appartement à qui il ne manque pas grand chose pour le rendre avec une vrai chambre
