The renovated 32 m² apartment is composed of:

*Living room with lounge area (NEW sofa bed in 140 installed at the end of 2025) and kitchenette area
*8 m² terrace facing the sea to enjoy your meals, only slightly larger than the other terraces because it is at a corner
*1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and NEW "hotel comfort" mattress installed at the end of SEPTEMBER 2023 for better comfort
* 1 bathroom with shower cubicle changed in 2022 - heated towel rail and washbasin on cabinet
*Separate toilet and corridor
* Unnumbered parking space but sufficient - code barrier at the entrance
* Air conditioning

CLOSE to THALASSOTHERAPY - very practical to enjoy Thalassotherapy while remaining autonomous, especially for meals and by paying for the thalassotherapy directly at the reception according to your choice of cures


Off-season:
possibility of short stays (minimum 4 or 5 nights) and arrival on different days of Saturday (autumn/winter/spring) or monthly

In summer: arrival on Saturdays only and in 7-day periods (due to high demand)


For holidaymakers who do not yet know the region, we can send you by email a mini guide prepared by us (advice, tips, visits, restaurants, entertainment, hiking walks...)

Note: the wifi is managed by the property manager and does not work.... we do not mention it in our ad. The 4 G works well on the other hand.

Located near the exit of Banyuls, in the direction of Cerbère and offering a wide and beautiful view of the Rocky Coast - Banyuls marine reserve - road below for access to the residence

Possibility of access to the creek below by the beginning of the coastal path which starts below the residence:

- cove ideal for divers or for snorkeling or simply for swimming.

For children, it is also possible to swim in the cove
or else to the main beach of Banyuls (Blue Flag) about 1km 500 away on foot (either 2 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot)

IMPORTANT: COMPLETE CLEANING is to be done by you before your departure.

Possibility of cleaning at the end of your stay - for convenience or to save you time - 60 euros
If it is not done, you will therefore be liable for 60 euros.
