About this apartment rental

Ideally located in a cove inside the marine reserve of Banyuls sur-mer, Cerbère, offering an idyllic setting for lovers of authentic nature. Direct access to the sea. The marine nature reserve of Cerbère,
the only marine reserve in France offering more than 1200 animal species and 500 plant species. To see them up close Scuba diving and snorkeling. Underwater trails from Peyrefitte beach. Kayak, canoe and paddle rental on Peyrefitte beach or on Cerbère beach.
Breathtaking hikes along the coastal paths or inland or in the mountains.
The residence has a swimming pool (small and large bath) open from mid-May to mid-September at least, 2 tennis courts, a restaurant/ice cream parlour open in mid and high season which sells takeaway (breads, pastries, pizzas, chips...), a bowling alley and a diving club (first dive, equipment rental..)

The apartment (37m²) fully air-conditioned/heated consists of:
a terrace and small garden (15 m²) with a view of the mountain not overlooked, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and an electric plancha.
- a main room with: Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker, gusto, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board) Lounge area with sofa bed offering a 160cm bed or two 80cm beds, 101cm flat screen TV, board games, petanque balls.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 that can be changed into 1 bed of 160 with mattress topper.

- a shower room
- separate toilets
Linen (towels, dish towels) and sheets are not provided except for blankets, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors.
