About this villa rental
180° sea view for this beautiful villa, in Cerbére. in a village of the Vermeille coast, located in the heart of the Banyuls Cerbere natural maritime reserve, its coves, beaches and protected environment will invite you to relax and escape. The villa consists of three bedrooms (two on the first floor and one upstairs), three bathrooms, two toilets, a large living room with 140 sofa bed, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine...) opening onto a panoramic terrace facing the sea with professional plancha where you can have breakfast and cook grills facing the sea. Two other private outdoor terraces are available to you as well as a swimming pool (treated with salt common to two villas). The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high quality comfort. The first beach is located in the village, 5 minutes walk from the villa; many other beaches are accessible nearby. You can do very beautiful hikes, circuits being planned for this purpose a stone's throw from the villa, you will discover a landscape and an unforgettable view. Many mountain bike rides are possible with many tracks and trails. Being bordered by Spain you can discover the beaches, villages and Spanish coves along the sea coast.

The property was lovely, however it was not the property in the photos of the villa we thought we were staying at. The villa was next door but the RHS of a pair and the one we had booked from the photo's was the LHS of the next pair so we had less sun by the pool (Gone by 2.30pm) the one we had booked had sunshine until after 5pm. The pool was also smaller, however it was still a lovely villa and we had a wonderful time, just not in the villa we had booked. The owner said that we had been upgraded, to a 4 bedroom, but as we were just a couple, then the additional bedrooms were wasted. We were also charged £100 for cleaning and £70 for linen and towels; this only became apparent when we were issued a contract to sign (In French) this was not made clear in the price of the villa and as there were only 2 of us, we didn't require linen for 8 and the cleaning was minimal.
All that aside the villa was lovely and we had a great holiday though my knees are feeling the 35 steps to the living area from the road!
