Gran apartment with large terrace in front of the beach, the port of plessanse and the Great Promenade in the Center of Roses, it is not necessary to the car to move for the whole Municipality, the beach is in front, the Comerces and Restaurans this located next to it, the old town center with the peatonel streets with the Shops and Resto this finds with 80 Mtr.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and consierge.
The apartment has a surface of 110 mtr2 and has 4 bedrooms, (1 bedroom with matrimonial bed, 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds of 90 cm each, and a bedroom with a trundle bed), 2 bathrooms, one with begnoire and another with shower. salón room ate with T. V satélite and a large terrace of 12 mtr2 in front of the beach Cuissine separated, well arranged with dishwasher.

Great location overlooking the beach and Marina. We were there during a festival with a spectacular view of the fireworks from the terrace. Whilst the property is a little tired it was accurately described, comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and a dog. On the whole quite well equipped, could do with new cutlery and mugs, and mattresses a bit saggy, but we really enjoyed our stay and i would stay again.

Great place for a holiday. A special mention to the helpful hosts who went out their way in communictions and help offered to our party. Location is good with beach opposite and an easy walk to old town with narrow pedestrian streets and good restaurants specialising in fish and seafood dishes. Resort had a good family feel with no noisy bars. View from large balcony was excellent and trees masked the road below. There was some noise from the road and we used earplugs as we are light sleepers and had front, ensuite bedroom, would not let noise put you off staying here. The appartment is very clean. In summary a great stay which the family all enjoyed.

The appartment was in need of decoration, and looked very tired. There was a terrible smell from the drains which made you feel ill and not wanting to eat. For visitors flying in i found it very annoying that you had to pay sheet and towel hire, i have never experienced this before and together with the cleaning charge to have to pay €185 in cash upon arrival was extremely embarrassing as i struggled to carry that much cash with me . In all a very
expensive two weeks with no luxuries and will not return.
