180 ° sea view for this new villa in etrenner classified 4 stars in furnished accommodation, in Cerbére. in a village of the vermeille coast, located in the heart of the natural maritime reserve of Banyuls Cerbere its coves, its beaches and its protected environment will invite you to relax and escape. the villa consists of four bedrooms (three on the ground floor and one upstairs) two bathrooms two toilets a large living room with sofa, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine ...) overlooking a panoramic terrace facing the sea with professional plancha where you can have breakfast and cook grills facing the sea. two other private outdoor terraces are allocated to you as well as a completely private swimming pool. the villa is fully air conditioned and offers high quality comfort. The first beach is located in the village 5 minutes walk from the villa; many other beaches are accessible nearby. you can make very beautiful hikes, circuits being planned for this purpose close to the villa, you will discover an unforgettable landscape and view. many mountain bike rides are possible with many tracks and trails. Being on the border of Spain you can explore beaches, villages and Spanish coves along the coast.

a wonderful 2 months, watched he sun rise almost every day. Villa had everything you could need and Mr Lafon was always very helpful. Would certainly go again.

The villa is lovely and the sea view amazing. There are lovely walks to the beach and village though you need to be fit as there loads of steps and hills. There is a dishwasher and bbq which a great and a lovely terrace and pool area. It is also very close to Spain which is fun for meals out. Unfortunately there were biting ants in the back room so it’s worth bringing insect repellant. There are lots of extra charges for linen and cleaning all in cash. The security deposit also needed to be cash and we were not aware so that was tricky and a bit stressful. The showers are lovely but unfortunately the rainfall head did not work in one. I was glad I messaged to tell the owner as the checking was rigorous! When we left I found the inventory check very rude even the forks got counted with lots of sighing. It took 20mins to check things and I felt this left a bad taste.
