Very spacious 3 bedroom villa, 3 bathrooms and beautiful gardens, situated in a quiet residential area of L'Escala. The villa is located within walking distance of a large pine forest where you can go to a picnic, hiking and mountain biking. It is just 7/8 minutes walk from the beach Riells and car reach the beaches of Cala Montgo and Ampurias. All beaches are sandy. Great beach bars serving a variety of food and drinks. Lifeguards and first aid posts on all beaches.

We liked it very much as it is quiet, clean and close to the beach. The host is super sympa and the communication was very good.

We really enjoyed our holidays, the house is ideally situated. Beach and supermarket is just a few minutes by foot. There are also a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The house was clean and tidy . Can only recommend this house.

This was the third time in this house and everything was perfect again.
We love the short distances to the sea & the beautiful beach promenade.
We'll gladly come back again.

It was the second time where we stayed at this house. and it was again a wonderful holiday .The house is situated near town and near to the beach, everything can be reached by foot.
We will be back definitely next year!
