About this apartment rental

Renovation 2022, new on the market: Large very bright T2 apartment of 55 m² on the first floor of a villa, ideally located on the flat of the village 50 m from the central beach, 150 m from the city center and 100 m from the port and diving clubs. Private closed parking on the grounds. Air conditioning.
1 bedroom double bed 140, new and quality bedding, large storage cupboard.
Large living room with equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Living room: new sofa bed, 82 cm LED TV. Internet/Wifi.
Bathroom with large shower, double sinks, washing machine, large cupboard. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside: about 30m² of terrace with shaded garden furniture, garden of 80m².
Other services: outdoor clothes dryer, iron, possibility of cot for baby.
Sheets provided, towels not provided.
Ideal for lovers of hiking, scuba diving, sunbathing and idleness!

Deposit of 400€ + cleaning deposit of 75€ when the keys are handed over, returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
Out of season (October to May): possibility to rent for weekends or weekdays (2 nights minimum). Contact us for details of conditions and price.
