Nice apartment (31 M2) on the 2nd floor (external staircase) in a quiet residence with its beautiful terrace (11 M2) overlooking the bay of Marenda de Banyuls s / mer, as well as the small port of the village.
Its location allows you to walk to the city center, the beach or the port in 5 minutes.
This beautiful village of the Côte Vermeille is full of riches to make you discover: gray pebble beaches, wild coves, hikes, talassotherapy center, aquarium, museum, Paulilles site, diving, jetski, pedalos, regional products such as Banyuls / Collioure wine, its anchovies etc ...

tres agréable location, située idéalement avec vue mer. la climatisation ajoute un atout supplémentaire ainsi que la terrasse avec sa plancha. on reviendra, c’est sûr !

Localisation appréciable pour l'appartement près du centre de la plage des services. De belles promenades le long du littoral, un peu sportives. Un climat propre à la région de Perpignan, seul bémol les plages de galets !!!!!
