The attention to detail. All the extra bits and pieces. There's really nothing they didn't think of. Communication was excellent. Only a message away and prompt reply if I had any questions. I've stayed in a lot of places but this was definitely one of the best. The customer service was over and above my expectations. Would highly recommend A+++++

Spacious, modern apartment in the Titanic quarter, about half an hour walk to the city centre. Parking under the building. Wish we had stayed longer than just one night. Host sent lots of instructions on how to find the flat and access etc.
Finding the parking spot is a tiny bit confusing, and which button opens which gate, but that might partly be because of the construction and one drive in closed. We did find it and luckily one gate was already open when we needed it.

Die Lage.
Bei der Buchung hatte ich leider nicht darauf geachtet, dass es sich bei der Unterkunft um ein Apartment und nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Das war mein Fehler. Zusätzlich fanden während unseres Aufenthalts grössere Arbeiten an der Gebäudefassade statt, wodurch es für uns schwierig war, die Unterkunft überhaupt zu finden. Als ich vor Ort festgestellt habe, dass es sich nicht um ein Hotel handelt, war ich zunächst sehr enttäuscht.
