The location off George St, close to trams & trains; spacious rooms, layout of main bedroom & walk-in robe & ensuite. Kitchen facilities & laundry facilities

Complicated process with picking up key from several streets away, especially with mistake in address for key pick-up; bit like solving a maze to locate entrance to property off pedestrian mall when arriving by vehicle; failure of internet access & hence smart tv not working! Attempt by manager to deal with problem didn’t work. Felt description of luxury apartment a little misleading; apartment was spacious, rather than luxurious; a number of faults; no toilet cleaner provided.

Fantastic location. Central to everything. View is good and housing keeping is above average from my experience.

The key is little tricky to find , but it's crowded CBD area hence inevitable I guess

Location location location. It's a business trip and I enjoyed the convenience of walking distance to most amenities, saved a lot of taxi fare compared to my last stay.

It's not the most modern building and the lift waiting time is long during peak hours.

Very friendly host, great communication. Had issue locating the keys and the host tried his best to guide me through. The location is central is everything this is the most important thing to us.

The building is showing its age compared to other places which is not the host's fault, but I wouldn't rate this luxury. The cleaning and house keeping is done right.
