All in all the stay was good. We were a family of 5 and fitted quite comfortably. Close to Marrickville Metro and St Peters Station.
It can be quite noisy with train and plane noise. Also very close to the footpath so can be noisy with people walking past.

House was very clean and as described (including photos). Having two small bathrooms with a shower in each was a bonus in such a small terrace. Excellent location, close to Newtown restaurants and transport.
Lack of parking. Only realised it was not good from another review however it was worse than we thought. If you are travelling to the house by public transport then perfect location. Had to park many streets away. Parking is 2P between 8am and 10pm if you can find a spot. Toilet in larger bathroom is broken - doesn't fush properly. Minor point - need a new TV remote.

Nothing we didn’t like, I would just suggest a pull down blind on back door, as lights from passing trains can be quite bright for anyone sleeping on the sofa in the lounge room.

Great location for walking to cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops etc. plus train, bus. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with sofa bed.
