The place was at a really convenient spot extremely close to the train station and it takes about three stops to go into the CBD. He has a lot of food options around and it’s really family friendly massive place two bathrooms Kate for everyone. Very close to the park and playground. Good for families with kids.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a mattress on top of a mattress and the mattress was extremely soft. No support at all. We struggled with the sleep. The beddings were extremely hot and there was no other options inside of the place. The floors were a bit sticky as well But for the prize and the convenience, it was well worth the money

Good location, close to the train station, newly refurbished house with 2 bathrooms (which was a great bonus while traveling with a teenager—IYKYK!). We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy little house.
The heating wasn't the best, but thankfully the nights weren't as cold as in Canberra

All in all the stay was good. We were a family of 5 and fitted quite comfortably. Close to Marrickville Metro and St Peters Station.
It can be quite noisy with train and plane noise. Also very close to the footpath so can be noisy with people walking past.
