Modern 2 bed home with Ensuites & Private Parking

Excellent accommodation, good location for Exeter, it's half of a bungalow which has it's own driveway for parking,big thumbs up for me.

The property was lovely, spacious and very newly extended/renovated. Everything was very clean and tidy. Excellent beds/bedding etc. Easy access, great parking. Could have just done with a house number (we had to look at the ones either side to double check). Lovely new fluffy towels. A great nights sleep.

A few teething problems - the microwave overheated after a minute or so of use and turned off. The fridge was not turned on for arrival - I didn’t realise and had warm milk in the morning. Principal bedroom - bed screws were only just in, I tighten by hand what I could. Could do with access to a couple of fans. It was quite hot when we stayed and being a dormer bungalow, we didn’t feel we could leave windows wide open at night. This property is lovely, we would 100% come again, it’s just the finishing touches which aren’t done - pictures ready to hang (but just on the floor), tv not on the wall. No need for 2 dining room tables etc. Toilet roll holders…. When you use the bathroom upstairs, you can’t reach the loo roll on the shelf if you’re not an adult. With a few hours of finishing the final bits it’s going to be 10/10 reviews every time!

Spotlessly clean and lovely and modern. Ensuites for each room made a real difference. I'd definitely recommend it. A little out from the city centre but lovely and quiet because of that and a taxi is only about £7 each way. Really lovely place.
