Awesome cosy flat!

The Exeter City flat was the perfect location for our business trip. The flat was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Each bedroom has a comfy bed, with nice bed linen, and the en-suites have a lovely, large shower and fluffy towels. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had all the facilities we would have needed. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

A mind you head sign/cushion for the chair by the low ceiling section in the lounge. One of my team members banged his head when he sat there.

Clean, tidy and well equipped. Location was ideal for us as we had a meeting early in the morning within a 5 minute drive.

TV didn’t work, but that could’ve been user error to be fair and it wasn’t a massive issue as I was only going to watch while I waited for my colleague.

Lovely home with lots of space and offered a nice comfy stay

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. We were only there for one night, arriving late and leaving early but we could've happily stayed for longer. Each room was well presented and you are provided with all the amenities you could need including having your own work space in each bedroom. The added extra of board games, puzzle books and the chess board were great as well!

Great comms with owners who offered early check in and late check out. Watch out for numbering on the road but easy access and clear instructions. Lovely condition inside with great facilities.

Lovely flat very comfortable

A very nice apartment. Beautiful decor. Top notch. Felt very warm and cosy. Spacious bedrooms with individual closets and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed. A lovely little courtyard to enjoy. Especially loved the kitchen and the bar stools! Very very clean and tidy. Worth the money to stay here. On site parking is definitely a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our night at this property and were very comfortable. If we ever visit Exeter again this is where we will stay. Just wonderful! Highly recommend.

Perfect 3 bed with ensuite property, good access and parking

Lovely little property, ideal for us. 3 ensuite bedrooms, high quality beds and bedding. Actually thought through desks in each room, easy to use furniture, and good showers, water etc. Fast WiFi, and nicely equipped kitchen with perks such as air fryer etc. more like a home than an Airbnb style property. Plenty of parking on the front drive (we fitted one large and two small vans) and a nice secluded little bench and outside area. Access instructions and detailed what to do and leave where and when checking out really helpful! Can't praise enough. Having stayed at several of this style property instead of hotels in the last 6months this is sitting in the top.few!

Was good all round, couple of notes for others, says it's by a road,(it is!) but we heard no traffic noise. No garden as such but there is a small private outside courtyard.

It was self catering so no breakfast was needed. There was nothing we did not like so we liked everything.

Great base for trip to Exeter centre or rugby

Fully equipped kitchen and family loved the bedrooms, 3 double rooms all en suite. Went for rugby and an easy walk to and from Sandy Park stadium. Also went into Exeter - bus stop right outside - could not be more convenient. Sainsburys only 5 mins in car to stock up on food etc. Good comms from the owners re entry and leaving, also a handy pint of milk in the fridge on arrival.

What a find! We will be back!

This place is a real find. Absolutely immaculate and inviting. The hosts communication was great. The three bedrooms are huge and all ensuite. We loved the en suite lighting! The beds are really comfy. We will visit again for sure. Right next to a bus stop with a code that you text to find out all the bus times. Only cost 11 pounds from city centre after a night out. So chuffed we have discovered this place.

Fabulous flat with responsive hosts, happy for us to have a late check out. Very easy to get to from the M5 and convenient for getting around Exeter. Photos and description accurate with 3 big bedrooms and everything beautifully presented. Great for a short stay, would be ideal for a longer stay.

Small thing (excuse the pun) but it would have been nice if the bath towels were larger! Not a lot of natural light in the back bedrooms. Absolutely fine for a short stay, but something to consider if thinking about a longer term let (if offered).

I loved the location. Nice having your own en-suite bathrooms and nice big beds in every room instead of singles. Driveway spacious and nice location. Kitchen well equipped and sofas were comfy. Marks lovely and helped us very promptly with something when we needed him!

Family weekend

Spacious, clean, close to town centre. Plenty of parking. Flat was very accommodating, having three ensuite bedrooms a real plus.

Heating was nonexistent in the bathrooms and pretty tame in the bedrooms. Worked perfectly in the sitting room. Maybe it was us not knowing how to work the heat, but we couldn't get the place warm.

Excellent apartment - very spacious, spotlessly clean, superb location for travel.

Great location for car and bus from M5, Exeter City Centre and the Royal Devon & Exeter hospitals. Quiet & private. Very large bedrooms all with separate keys. Shared living area includes seating & kitchen, which is well equipped for 6 guests. Spotlessly clean & warm. Able to park 1 or 2 cars immediately outside the front door. Hosts are keen to make the stay as enjoyable as possible and respond quickly to text/phone, but they live very close to the apartment if visits are necessary.

To be honest, nothing. This is a new listing and apart from some information which was missing, eg the WiFi code, I can't fault anything. I've no doubt the hosts will have that available for their next guests

Non manca nulla davvero, ogni minimo dettaglio è curato, persino casse bluetooth nei bagni per diffusione musica e cromoterapia, arredi di pregio, infiniti accessori per la cucina, per la pulizia, ordinato e davvero super pulito! Pare di essere in un hotel 5stelle lusso. Padrone di casa fine, gentile e disponibile. Ho viaggiato molto ma una accomodation così mai trovata! SUPER, da rimanere senza parole
