Our host went out of his way to be helpful throughout, both before and after we checked in. He also met us and retrieved the key for us. And extended our checkout time. We have stayed in many apartments, but this was the best by far. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk on arrival was very much appreciated. It lacked nothing. Beds were comfortable as were pillows and duvets. We came to Exeter for an outpatient appointment. We took cabs recommended by the host to and from the hospital. All trouble free.
We can think of nothing.
