Logement pratique et proche de la gare; deux pièces bien équipées, sous les toits, c'était mignon. C'était appréciable de disposer d'une machine à laver, et d'un wifi avec une bonne bande passante.
Le logement est 4e étage sans ascenseur, dans un immeuble pas toujours bien entretenu. Le boulevard Dalby n'est pas très joli, même s'il est bien accessible par tramway.

Pros: clean, nice towels, padded kitchen chairs, window opens all the way, laundry detergent provided, big drying rack for clothes, nice hand soap and body gel, easy to get into building and lock box, full internet streaming ability. Everything the host can make nice is.
Top fourth floor, slopes low ceilings in all 3 rooms, 3 tram stops from train/bus station. It is what it is.

Appartement très fonctionnel, propre et en excellent état, personne disponible rapidement et organisation bien rodée. L'appartement est également bien localisé si comme moi vous arrivez en train et que vous aimez marcher ou vous déplacer en transport en commun (arrêt de tram à quelques minutes à peine). Au vue de la surface, l’appartement est bien aménagé, équipé et agencé. Parfait pour une personne seule ou un couplé souhaitant visiter Nantes.
Ayant été dans l’appartement durant l'épisode de canicule de la fin du mois de mai, nous avons eu extrêmement chaud car ce logement se situe au dernier étage et ne possède pas (encore ?) les équipements nécessaires pour limiter ce problème (pas de clim, de ventilateur ni de rideaux).
