The property itself was spot on in terms of finish, decor etc and proximity to the seafront
Beware when booking through here, the payment shown is NOT the final payment, K suites will directly contact you through here and depending on how they are feeling you will have to pay a refundable deposit. Initially ours was £150, which for some reason then changed to £400 refundable or £60 non refundable so if you dont have a spare £400 just sat there then you have to pay £60 on top of the original booking fee. ‘Free on site parking’ in a word is just public road parking so be prepared to pay an extra £7 a day for parking as there is literally no chance to get a spot on the road. Wifi was promised and didnt work from the start, contacted them as soon as our 3 night stay began and nothing was done so rinsed through my data for the kids devices in the evenings. Washing machine hadnt even been set up for use. Left a night early.
Like i said in the positives the property to the eye is great but its the behind the scenes bits that ruined it for me us. Almost as though this was rushed into renting out. 👎
