És un allotjament que comparteix una zona comuna amb cuina (torradora, nevera, microones, cafetera nespresso, utensilis bàsics de cuina...) i té 3 habitacions completament privades. A l'habitació hi ha nevera, bullidora d'aigua i dues tasses. Ofereixen molts detalls que s'agraeixen moltíssim (ampolles d'aigua fresques, càpsules de cafè, sobres de tè i cafè soluble, galetes... i al bany, sabó, raspall de dents...). L'aire condicionat i el wifi funcionen molt bé. És important que estigui a prop del transport públic. Es poden deixar les maletes en consigna (5€) per poder gaudir de Milà fins l'hora de tornada a casa.
