The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - available on WA when needed. The location is great - close to the center as well as to the main railway station and only about 20 minutes from the airport. The room is comfortably furnished and the beds are comfartable, too. There is a common kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave oven. Both the building and the room were clean and the area felt safe. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Everything you need, close to the city center and public transportation. Close to the Centrale train station which is perfect for transfers from airport or trips outside the city.
At night, there's noise in the hallway because several rooms open onto the same hallway. The pillows were very firm.

The location was very good, with convenient parking options nearby. Getting to the city center was easy and quick by metro or tram. There were also restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, which made the stay even more convenient. The room was comfortable and communication with the staff was very easy. They were always helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Since our flight arrived after the regular check-in time, they kindly allowed us a late check-in, which we greatly appreciated.
I really liked the stay.

The AC didn’t work well. There was barely any water pressure in the shower.
