Cuando llegamos nobpodiamos ingresar por la reja de acceso al complejo, Me enviaron un video con las explicaciones, pero al apretar el botón del portero, no había quien habrías, tuvimos que esperar como media hora, hasta que salio una persona y nos dejó entrar. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue imposible. La primera impresión cuando abris la puerta de ingreso, es como que entras a un Bunker, bajas las escaleras de ingresos al hall, y cambia, esta todo muy bien acomodado y limpio. Lo mas ingrato es que no había jabón ni hablar de shampoo en el baño, lo basico e indispensable en un baño, a pesar que le envié un correo a los anfitriones, ya que telefónicamente nunca me pude comunicar, todavía estoy esperando que me den una repuesta, solo se comunican para cobrar. Imagínense, llegar a las 15 hs. con 36°C de temperatura, lo primero que uno quiere es darse una ducha, tener que salir a comprar jabón en un lugar que uno no conoce y no se maneja con el idioma, es indignante. En el dormitorio eran la 5:30 am. y ya tenía toda la habitación iluminada por el sol, ya que de las tres cortinas de la ventana, solo había una, faltaban dos. El baño, si bien era privado quedaba fuera de la habitación y la pileta de lavarse las manos estaba tapada. La mayoría de estas malas que pongo se solucionan muy fácil, solo hace falta anfitriones que se preocupen un poco y le dediquen un mínimo de tiempo para la atención de los huéspedes. No volvería ni que me diesen hospedaje gratis.

The instructions on how to access the property was well set up and seamless.

It felt like the aircon wasn’t working as the room was hot and stuffy. We tried opening the window for air flow, which helped, but unfortunately people could see in and bugs flew in.

The location is phenomenal. Very easy to access from the airport, and walk or catch the Metro to the central tourist attractions. I found it to be a very quiet, clean area, and felt safe for a solo female traveller. The instructions for self check-in were straightforward. The communal spaces were well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The room was a good size.

While the advertising lists air conditioning, this would be better described as 'air circulation in a basement'. The temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted. I was there during a heatwave and the inside was as hot as outside (36 degrees Celsius). Following a request to the managers for a pedestal fan, the message was ignored for 24 hours before I was informed that "fans had been ordered, but had not arrived in time" (I don't know if this is true, or if the order was placed due to complaints over the hot weekend). Perhaps there will be fans there in the future, perhaps not. If you are someone who requires a cool space to sleep, this isn't it. While check-in is easy, check-out is less so. Both property gates cannot be unlocked without a key, and the key safe is well away from the gates. So leaving requires walking to the front, unlocking the gate (and hoping nobody relocks it), running back to the key safe, running back to the gate, and then leaving (unless you have two people). The managers are not very responsive and are located away from Milan, so it seems like there is little ability to fix problems when they arise.
