I liked the location, very close to a subway station, also not far to go to the center or to navigli on foot. The room was well equipped (Water kettle, coffee machine - and even a filled mini bar. Very interesting artwork in the room, liked this. Very good contact via WhatsApp, easy check-in. Daily cleaning.
the room could be a little bit bigger, for my taste the bed was a little bit to soft, but that's personal preference. shower tray had a repair, didn't look good, also shower is small.

Room is quite convenient, very warm considering it's winter, I would like to see at least toothbrushes in the bathroom. Self check-in was easy and fast.
They say the hotel is located close to the center, but actually walking distance is around 30 min until you reach Duomo surrounding. Hotel has no staff at the location, so price seems higher than in actual hotels.
