Room is nice, clean and spacious. The TV was not a smart TV though it would have been nice to have netflix etc. Breakfast was horrible though, do not buy it. 25 euro per person, everything was either bland or tasted terrible and we have felt unwell all day, definitely not worth it.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and everything is superb , the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Dave , Nerisa and Arne l and all the Filipino staff . I will definitely stay in this hotel if ever I will visit Milan .

Very convenient to the Milan train station, convenient to take trains to other cities. Very disappointed with the WIFI. it’s a free service however, it was SO difficult to get connection from our room for the entire 3 nights. we could only get connection from the lobby. called the reception for help to connect on the 2nd night, they came up and miraculously there was connection for 5 minutes, when they left it was gone. again. as travellers internet is the most important esp when we return back to the hotel. couldn’t wait to get out of there.
