The staff were very approachable and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the Metro station and taxis were available all the time .
No tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was not value for money and no near by coffee shops to provide an alternative option. The mattress could have been softer to our liking . No nearɓy nightlife for bars and restaurants , had to get Metro or taxi to the city centre.

The staff on reception were probably the best thing about this hotel.
Location isn't great. Not much around it. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful but rest of the staff were miserable. Guy in the bar was so unhelpful and unfriendly. Ordered lasagne from the bar and I was given a microwave meal on a plate. Price of food and drink absolutely scandalous for what you get. I wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel. Beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom very outdated. Doors banging in the hotel all night. Way overpriced for what you get.
