    The location is very convenient and easily accessible from the Central Station with several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff members I encountered were all friendly. However, the room itself, despite being clean, needs a lot of TLC as a lot of things require immediate repair. Breakfast was good for the price point.

    Great location as it is very near to Milano centrale and the metro. This is where the airport shuttle stops. Many day tours also meet around the centrale area. Toiletries are bare essentials. Bring your own. Shower knobs are not user-friendly. Had to figure out how to work them and water took a long time to heat up.

    We booked the superior quadruple room, and we had no AC. We informed reception, considering that there was a heat wave, and we had two senior citizens with heart conditions and an infant in our group. However the staff failed to address the issue. I am aware of the AC rules in Italy, but we previously stayed in other hotels which had decent AC. Bathroom/shower also had leak issues. The water from the shower kept leaking towards the room. This was dangerous for our seniors and infant. However, the location is very good, just 2-3 mins walk from Milano Centrale and the metro. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Considering this, the price is ok
