Excellent Location: Less than a 10-minute walk to the Milan station, making it very easy to get around.
True to Pictures: The room was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the photos shown online.
Small Shower: The shower space is quite cramped.
Poor Wet/Dry Separation: Water leaks out onto the main bathroom floor even when the shower door is shut tight.
Toilet Seat Issues: The seat is unusually heavy, making it impossible to keep upright, and it already has some visible cracks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality.
After I had already checked out, I realized that I had lost my ring. As soon as I contacted the staff, they treated the matter with great care and concern. They kindly inspected my room and made every effort to help locate the ring. I was genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to assist, even after my stay had ended.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!
the quality of soap and shampoo :)) but it's nothing compare to the comfort I get :)

Location, staff, clean, comfortable & quiet
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (need to go down to reception) - not great after a long day of sightseeing.

Good location, 5 minute walk from central station, large comfortable bed.
Luke warm shower with very noisy extraction system,. Located on a busy noisy road.
