    Convenient hotel near Milano Central Station. Room was clean, bed was ok. Design was a bit dark, but that is a question of personal taste. Have not tried breakfast (went to a coffee bar near by). WiFi was not very stable, not good if you need it for work. Could not switch off the aircon unfortunately (there was an on/off-button, but it did not work).

    Great location as it was very near to Milano Centrale so it was very convenient for us to explore Milan and the neighboring towns. Staff were all amazing and breakfast was basic but great. The only downside was that the airconditioner was not cold enough but it’s not that bad. We highly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is very near to the central station and feels safe to stay here. I would stay again if I were in Milan next time.

    Room aircon was not working, it took ages for technician to arrive after lot of chasing, it seems that aircon was working but in fact, the room temp was too worm for comfort, we could clearly feel the difference between room and outside room temperature. Hotel was full, staff offered to transfer us to another hotel in area after lot of debate but its too much pain to pack and change hotels at 11pm with a flight to catch next day morning.
