Room is very modern & clean. It has a fridge, kettle etc. Great location a few minutes walk from the station. Plenty of eating options close by. Breakfast voucher for a cafe near the station.
I was concerned when I discovered there was no reception desk or staff on site - I hadn’t realised it was self check in but the instructions were very clear & all worked out well. Only improvement I would suggest in better pillows- they were very lumpy & only 1 pillow each, would personally like 2 pillows. Everything else was really good.

Convenient, clean, well laid out, well thought out room and up to date. Staff communicated well. Has an elevator thank goodness for that!

It was Friday, May 29, and there was a strike (“sciopero”) in Italy. We traveled early from Rome to Milan to avoid any transportation issues. We knew that the check-in time was 14:30, but since we were arriving at around 11:30, we planned to drop off our luggage, go for lunch, and then return for check-in. Fortunately, our room was already available when we arrived. We would like to thank Ms. Serana and the janitor for accommodating us. The room was clean and well furnished. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
The bathroom didn’t appear to have a ventilation system, so a bit of humidity built up after showering. It might be worth considering improved ventilation to make the experience even more comfortable for guests.

Very simple breakfast, outside the hotel , only a cafe nearby. Only the 1st day we eat the breakfast.
Actually this hotel more like a Airbnb, no receptionist onl duty. The day we checked out, no one here to help to store our luggage. Even we whatsapps the staff who help us checked in but could find her anymore. We can only leave our luggage at the corridor public area , anyone pass by may have a risk , that means may have chance to lost.
We choose a hotel because we expect the hotel staff can help at least the day time.
If you want to keep your luggage’s safely after checkout, maybe find a real hotel with front desk and have staff on duty everyday
