During our three-week trip to Italy, we stayed in ten different hotels, and I would rank Aiello Hotels Centrale among the top three. Its greatest advantage is the location - just a three-minute walk from Milan Centrale station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Getting to any part of the city was extremely convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and chocolates, as well as the voucher for a complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe.
Overall, we had everything we needed for a comfortable three-night stay and would happily stay here again.

There was ongoing construction and the loud noises woke us up twice in the morning.

Spacious and clean apartment. Very close to the station
The air con wasn’t great, although it was 36 degrees outside, the ac unit didn’t do much at all

Well thought out and practical. Very good communication to answer problems.
The air conditioning did not cool the room well at night - even on 16! On a loud street so could not have window open to sleep. Hairdryer overheated and sent fire alarm off.
