Stayed here one night on our business trip. Right in the front of Milano Centrale train station so you can reach anywhere from here (underground is behind the corner) sufficient breakfast, always ready to help , compeyent and friendly staff, fare size room. The only thing is that it needs renovation and to clean better the room. Would come back due to its very convenient location.

The room had electricity black out but the night receptionist was so responsive and helpful and moved us to another room .. despite hiccups, it was still a very good experience

The room was okay. Even if it wasn't the one that we have booked. The biggest problem was that the room was too cold. We didn't have any slippers in the room so we needed to walk in our shoes all the time because the floor was cold. There was also no bathrobes in the room and in the batroom there were paper not glass cups. If we comapre it to the all of the 4-star hotel we have been to, this one was the worst. It was even worst them most of the 3 star hotels.
They only have a nice reception and personal. On the first it looked really promising for a 4 star hotel only for us to be dissapointed when we got to the room.
