    Luggage stored with concierge was stolen. CCTV captured theft entered and took the bag. Police report done. Unfortunately, after more than 3 months, the hotel still didn't update us on the case.

    I’d stayed here before and returning did not disappoint. The room was lovely and quiet, the breakfast is super; and it’s easy to get everywhere from the location.

    My room had a minor leaking issue, and the staff dealt with it effectively. Good service

    Close to the Milano Centrale station and plenty of restaurants close by. Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was worth the money and had a small section for American style breakfast. The shower was a bit small but manageable. 2 elevators on site which is a plus. Would absolutely recommend.
