Easy location for train station and was just a transit night in the city but simple to get to the metro as well.

Nothing - decor was a little dated in the room but still excellent for the price in a city

I stayed at this property twice recently, and both experiences were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a television supporting HDMI and a kitchen area including a stove, microwave, kettle, and useful utensils. The lobby offered a water dispenser and coffee machine, which was a welcome convenience before heading out or after returning from a day of sightseeing. The location is superb, with Metro lines M1 and M2 at Loreto, M2 at Caiazzo, tram and bus stops within minutes, and easy access to the airport bus at Milano Centrale — only a 12‑minute walk. For travelers, I strongly recommend purchasing a 24‑hour or 72‑hour unlimited pass via the ATM app, which makes exploring Milan worry‑free and ensures an easy return to the hotel. Safety in the area was reassuring, even late at night. Staff service was consistently friendly and efficient. Quick WhatsApp support resolved an early arrival issue, and on my second stay, they carefully kept and returned items I had left behind. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice I would gladly recommend to friends visiting Milan.

I honestly loved my stay — the only thing that could make me smile even wider would be catching an even sweeter deal on the room rates!

It was big and spacious, had all self catering facilities. Some staff were friendly some not.

We had to keep asking for extra blankets three times and still didn’t come.
