Our room had enough space for us, the aircon kept it barable (the heat when we visited Milan was boiling). The facilities were all fine. When we had breakfast there, it was fine too. Staff were polite.

Kindness of staff, room size.
Location is a bit far from the train station if you have a luggage, around 15’ walking. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Very small shower and the head shower was not working.

The room was clean and cosy.
There was no hot water to shower when we woke up in the morning.
