    I've never stayed in a capsule room before but it was fine! A bit noisy but only because I had a curtain closing my door not an actual door. The remaining facilities were the best I've experienced at backpackers in Italy. The cleaning is impeccable. The staff are unbelievably helpful. The internet is strong and there's plenty of powerpoints. Given Milano is so expensive I highly recommend it!

    It’s in a quiet neighborhood but safe, I was scared at first to go out early morning but my experience was pleasant going home at night and leaving very early in the morning. The pods are great, lots of privacy, our room has its own toilet and shower. I think it was really nice and beautiful when it was new. Right now, door in the toilet has broken lock so they just put a manual lock and when I was using the toilet someone outside pushed the door to open and the trimmings of the door came off. I never really knew who among my roommates broke that door because when I came out a few minutes later she has ran into her pod and didn’t even apologize. Good thing I was able to push them back and appeared to have already been broken before and was just being held back by a few screws. Then there’s the toilet outside in the hallway that has a broken door code so it stays open all the time. Although there were 2 cubicles one for shower and one for the toilet, I felt a bit vulnerable because there were men room/s on my floor and when I was using the toilet someone went inside the wc and started showering and I realized the cubicle has an opening at the bottom and above that one can just easily crawl or climb to peek. I understand that these are anxious thoughts but in this day and age you can never too careful. Young staff are way too nonchalant almost as if you are disturbing them while they chill behind their check in desk. This place has a lot more potential, I liked it but I was expecting more than the usual hostels maybe.
