Luxury 2 Bedroom Flat In The City Centre

It was very clean and comfortable

The property was nice and clean, good location and quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are really cozy and clean.

No complaints at all

The location of the flat is perfect - central, yet in a chill area, only a minute away from both the bus and tram stops. Despite being so close to the public transport, the flat was completely peacful and silent. When we arrived, it smelled fresh, the towels and bed sheets were clean and pleasant and everything was very maintained. We had a great time with my girlfriend and friends. The place was cozy, comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. We were being able to park right next to the flat which was a huge advantage. Would definetly stay there again and i highly reccomend it.

1. Distance. The property is 5mins walk from the Tram Balfour Station, 3mins walk from Balfour St. Bus stop. 2. Amenities. It has a complete basic necessities like fast Wi-Fi, huge TV, functioning outlets, good lightings, 2 big dining tables, some toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer), welcoming snacks (chips and candies), complete kitchen amenities ( cooking area, kettle, oven, fridge, washing machine, utensils). Spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The toilet with bidet flush properly. They also have heating system which you can adjust depending on your comfortability to add up to your essential conveniences. Moreover, 2 queen size beds are provided in each room with enough pillows and the big sofa is soft as well as the cushions. 3. Safety. You don't need to worry walking too late at night because the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The main door can only be opened using the key, and the door in the unit has a double lock. 4. Owner is responsive and provided us the instructions we needed.

1. Poor Hygiene. -Bedrooms: The bedsheets in one of the rooms are dirty and smelly. The provided towels are dirty with hairs on it, so we decided to wash it under hot temperature. Lesson learned-bring your own towel when you decided to book an AirBnB. -Kitchen: Though it not a big deal because we didn't cook during our stays. But we observed that the oven is left unclean, there was a lot of accumulated grease, left over crust and food particles. The oven gloves have molds in it. The water kettle also needs a replacement or cleaning bec. there's excessive black limescale build up that does not clear. . -Dusty home environment. It would be better if they clean it properly before the booker arrived. We had some allergic reactions such as sneezing and itching. 2. The window frame in one of the rooms is broken. We fixed it manually so that the cold air won't enter. 3. It would be better if they will provide rugs or mat for the bathroom. Making the floor wet is unavoidable bec. the enclosure glass for bathtub/shower only protects 1/4 of the area.
