For us this was a perfect location - particularly well situated just off the tram route which is great if you were / are using public transport. We found it comfortable and compared to other locations competitively priced.

Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need. It's in a friendly and quiet location with lots of amenities nearby (bars, restaurants, shops). Close to the trams, very conveniently located from the city center and the airport. A perfect base for a city trip.
The water in the shower didn't get very warm. This wasn't much of a problem this time of year, but I imagine it's less comfortable in the colder months. Some parts of the apartment are a little old and worn and could maybe do with some updating, but everything still works fine.
