Great location, central to Cromer but quiet as set back from the road.
Very quaint cottage and nicely done. Shower excellent and a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed and super soft bedding.
Nice that there was a good collection of books, dvds and board games if you wanted them.
The stairs would be an issue if you were to have any mobility issues - very narrow and steep but obviously that can’t be helped.
Would be useful to take extra tea towels with you (we usually do) as there was only one.
Upstairs beautifully clean but downstairs not quite so however not an issue as such, not dirty at all just cobwebs etc which could be related to the time of you.

Position of premises. Right between station and seafront. Also very close to bus transport hub.
I found sofa a bit oversoft. I struggled getting up.
