A Beautifully Restored Four Storey Victorian Terrace House

Great location, worked well for 3 families

Myself and five friends stayed at the house and throughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own room (with one to spare) and the location of the property is absolutely perfect for exploring Cromer and the surrounding area. The house is very well equipped with everything you'd need. Clare, the host, is very responsive to questions/messages. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Perfect for our group

The house was much bigger than it appeared in the listing provided ample space for our group of 14 adults. It was also very laid back with a great range of equipment, games, books etc allowing us to settle in and relax very quickly.

Lovely property with lots of space to accommodate our three families in a brilliant location right near the sea. We had fun using the house as a base to explore the local area and make use of the beach right on our doorstep. Good communication from Clare from the start right to the end. Thank you for having us

Thank you Claire for a fantastic weekend in Cromer, we had such a lovely time. The house worked so well for 12 of us which included a mixture of children, teens and adults. My mum had a lovely time celebrating her special birthday. We love Cromer for it's victorian seaside charm, everything was absolutely perfect and we look forward to coming again soon. Having Morrisons and the sea/beach on your doorstep was great as once parked no one had to move their cars, we had endless fun going in the amusements, walking on the cliffs to Overstrand and then just going to the pubs for a few 'swiftys'. The house is perfectly situated close to the sea front , town and railway station. A comfortable house with plenty of room to relax and have fun.

An excellent property, spacious, very well equiped and close to the sea. Plenty of room and cutlery etc when 12 of us sat down for a meal together. We especially liked having two sitting rooms; a childrens TV room and a quiet reading room. The art on the walls was particularly interesting and we especially liked the pictures (collages?) in the bathroom. Clare and the cleaning lady were very helpful especially in returning a library book to us which we had left behind in the "reading" room.

Fabulous location and the house had everything you would need for a large group. The owners were easy to contact if you needed them and the rooms and bedrooms were large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again .

Large spacious house in a great location for beach and town. Plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 6 children. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfy and having two lounges was a bonus, giving everyone abit of space. Would recommend.

The property benefits from ample space. We stayed there with 3 young children and 8 adults, and at Christmas had 3 extra Cromer based extended family members at the table with us. There is a good selection of crockery etc, so we managed to cook for the extended family a number of times. There are two good sized sitting rooms, which worked very well given the large party and their at times differing likes of what to watch on the telly. The dining table gave ample space for board games too, for those who preferred not to watch anything at all. All bedrooms are of a good size, and worked well for the families in the party. Parents had easy access to their offspring when needed during the night. The house is over several floors, and you rack up a fair number of stairs when you stay there and sleep on the top floor, which helped to work off the Christmas extras. The utility, which houses the dishwasher, sink and fridge/ freezers is a step down from the kitchen diner, and that is itself a few steps down from the hall. Once the little ones got the hang of the steps it was fine, but it was a bit hair raising to start off with. The beauty of this place is in its position. It is right in the town centre and shops, and very near the Promenade, Pier and beach. It is comfortably furnished and homely, and the owner is very helpful. She put up a Christmas tree for us and gave us the choice of using the house decorations or our own. We didn’t have the weather to make use of the decking, but no doubt it would be a good space for barbecues in the summer months. All in all a nice place to stay.

Large spacious comfortable house equipped to a very high standard We were a party of 15, 8 adults and 7 children and the house easily accommodated us The house was clean, easy to live in and ideal for a large family group At the end one of us left a pair of sunglasses behind which were found and sent on completely free of charge This is an ideal holiday home run by Clare who couldn’t have been more helpful…Many thanks for a lovely holiday

We had a lovely stay at 37, with plenty of space for all the family to spread out. Lots to do in the area, even in inclement weather.

Excellent, spacious and well equipped house with an outstanding location for the beach and town centre

We had a wonderful week at this house, 10 of us (4 adults, 6 teens/kids) were easily accomodated throughout the spaceous multiple floors of bedrooms and living spaces. You couldn't ask for a better location if wanting to walk to the beach or town. Owner communication was helpful and prompt. Would stay again!

We had a great few days here as a family with teenagers and a couple of their friends. There is plenty of space indoors, the house is very comfortable and well equipped, it's walkable to the beach and town centre and everyone was happy! All communications were clear and we would definitely book again for another time.

We really enjoyed our time in Cromer and this property made it perfect. The property is very unique and the decor is in keeping with its style. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Ze

The house was great, suited a large party well even managed to lose the kids at times! Cromer was fun, despite lockdown, and is within easy travelling distance to lots of beautiful beaches. Norfolk is definitely worth a trip

We had a lovely stay at Clare’s gorgeous house last week. She even arranged beautiful weather! The house is huge and we were quite a small party so didn’t even need to use the top floor. All beds were comfy, kitchen well supplied, and the extra lounge was a very nice place to sit with the balcony doors open. We loved the juke box and the kids enjoyed the wifi and tv! The location is really great as it is a very short walk to the pier and town, and we walked up to Felbrigg Hall where there are many wooded walks too. Highly recommend this house and the whole area. Hope to back again soon....

We were a group of ten adults - three couples and four singles - and the house was perfect. All rooms were comfortable and the house spacious with plenty of living area options. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the beach. Perfect.

Lovely house, loads of space for our group of 8, excellent location in the town. All bedrooms well kept and of a good size. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Large table in kitchen ideal for family meals. All made for a memorable family weekend. Many thanks.

Roomy, well-equipped house

A fab house in an easy British seaside resort. Loved the space as 3 break out areas made it easy for everyone to find room to be. Two fridges brilliant for large numbers. Near shop, beach and bus and rail.

Jukebox in the lounge, the house was a hit from the moment we walked in. Plenty of room - 14 in our party , good time had by all. I found using the website to book the property difficult, the website talks about making online payments and that they guarantee these. But does not say that it does not provide that for all listings on the site. This caused a lot of confusion when trying to book.

This beautiful townhouse was everything we could have asked for and more. There were 12 friends (5 couples and 2 singles) wanting a weekend away near the beach and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Two lounges to suit any mood and a jukebox in one of them for a fantastic mood setting. Lots of games in the house if you have time to play them, we didn't as the weather was perfect and you are just a stone's throw from the beach. In fact, if you look out of the windows and turn you head, there is the sea just lapping away beautifully. Cromer itself had everything you could need, a supermarket in walking distance of the property to get all the food we needed and chip shops and ice cream for all the food we wanted. The kitchen facilities were good also, a choice of indoor or outdoor seating with enough for everyone staying. Enough bathrooms for the guests. Loads of room in each bedroom, all surprisingly spacious. The owner was very communicative and greatly helpful. No problems with parking on the road even in peek times and 5 cars so that was great. Overall an amazing stay.

What a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay so much, the house surpasses the pictures and everyone was blown away by the property. The beds are so comfy, the entertaining rooms are perfect and the kitchen well equipped. Cromer is lovely. Clare was great and very helpful and easy to contact and the check-in process was very simple. Couldn't recommend this property more.

Lovely property with everything you could need. Perfect location with plenty of room for all our family. The family room on the first floor with toys and dvds etc was a huge hit for my 3 year old twins and their cousins. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need with a large table so we could all eat together. Having a back courtyard which was secure was also an advantage so the children could play out safely and make the most of the beautiful weather. Not only were all the bedrooms lovely (very hard to choose which one to sleep in) the beds were so comfortable our whole party slept very well and wanted to take the beds home with us!

So with our son coming back from Japan for three weeks, we needed to pin him down and make sure he only had time for me and my wife. We picked this property out and it did not disappoint in any aspect. Great location,loads of room for all and it just felt like home from home. We could not ever emulate such another amazing Xmas as this one.
