Lovely clean place close to town centre

Close to centre of Cromer facilities in the apartment were excellent.

The main radiator in the lounge diner was not connected to the main hot water system so it didn’t work

Great location , super appartment with great detail in decoration and facilities. Thanks For all the items left for us both food , hot drinks and kitchen items .

Things which would be great . Hook on the door to hang towel on , radiator didn't work in bathroom and the vertical one in the lounge . Somewhere for recycled rubbish.

Our Cromer days

Very comfortable, close to all everything, shops, beach ,pier and buses immediately outside. Nice and quiet.

We maybe should have mentioned but a lighter quilt as found it too hot sleeping with the heavier quilt provided on the beds. But this was not something that made us feel negative about the place.

Great place in excellent location.

Excellent location, very close to town centre and amenities but quiet area at night. Free on street parking and also excellent links very close. Bus hub across road that serves all coast villages and Norwich (max 6 pound return) Train 7mins walk, 45 mins to Norwich (under 30 for 4 people, off peak return). Very comfortable accomodation, well equiped, decor better than many "boutique" hotels we've stayed at. Both bedrooms have good size double beds, 2 separate bathrooms (showers, no baths) one ensuite. Very clean.

Lovely and clean , beautiful furnishings great location

Parking was a slight problem as the car parks were all full , but eventually we found a space in the cliff top car park and then later moved to the one at the top of the hill

Amazing place,everything was perfect. Just steps away from town and the beach. They went over and above for us letting us leave our cases in a safe place,until our lift arrived. Lovely bottle of prosecco left in the fridge.

Location for Cromer Town Centre and the beach was great. The property was clean, well deocrated throughout and was well planned out. Ideal for 2 couples with one en-suite and a second bedroom with easy access to the main shower room. Kitchen was well kitted out with everything you would need. Bedrooms are at the back of the property away from the main road so noise was not an issue overnight. Overall a great place to stay.

No Parking at the property. Views from the windows very restricted as this is essentially a basement appartment.

A perfect apartment to suit people of all ages.

The apartment was really comfortable, a home from home. The location was excellent and the property was modern and well equipped. It was easy to look after and lovely to stay in.

There was no private parking although we managed to find a space outside on the street most days.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen facilities, crockery, pots and pans were excellent. The whole family were very comfortable.

Perfection! I hope to stay again in the future

A real home from home, furnished to a lovely standard and the little things all considered - washer and a dryer available with laundry pods, sky tv, welcome pack from the owners including Prosecco, bacon, eggs and butter etc. A two minute walk to the seafront and the beds were so comfy!

A lovely comfortable and restful stay.

The location was very good near to all shops,restaurants and seafront. The accommodation was first class very clean and comfortable, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise.

The breakfast was fine as I brought most of the ingredients from home. I had intended to shop locally for eggs but had not expected eggs, sausages, bacon, butter, bread, tea, milk, cake, and a bottle of Prosecco, to be provided! It was a lovely surprise. The property was well located, a short walk from the station and pier, and local 'buses stopped right outside. We used these to visit other places along the coast.

The hob had the anti-child lock activated and the unlocking instructions in the welcome-pack were out of focus. It didn't matter as we grilled the breakfast in the oven, and the kettle and toaster were fine. We could not find a switch for the extractor fan in the bathroom, and assumed it was automatic, but it didn't come on.
