Beds were comfortable
While the house was ok, customer service was poor. There were a number of issues that we reported as soon as we arrived and nothing done about it, to the point that we felt we were being blamed for causing damage. The oven knob was snapped and the oven didn't work - no help offered. A cupboard door fell off and landed on a child - they didn't care. They take a £300 security/damage deposit on top of the booking payment and say that unless you report damage straight away, they will keep it. We reported damage straight away and they said the cleaners said it was fine so they were doing nothing. The house has a lot more wear and tear than is shown in the photos. Spent the weekend paranoid that we were going to get charged for damage that we hadn't caused because the customer service staff did nothing and didn't believe us.
