Alfama & Graca Historic Home - Tram 28 Route

El apartamento es muy grande y espacioso, estaba limpio, camas cómodas, cocina equipada, no le faltaba de nada, baños enomes con champú y gel, toallas limpias, hay una secadora-tendedor que va de maravilla si necesitas lavar alguna prenda, aunque hay habitaciones que no tienen ventanas no es para nada caluroso, hay varios ventiladores por las habitaciones que funcionan muy bien, magnífica ubicación, a pocos pasos tenías dos paradas de los tranvías número 12 y número 28, zona con mucha vida con restaurantes, supermercados…

Había un poco de humedad en una pared de la cocina y algunos puntos de la casa, pero para nada exagerado como ponen en comentarios anteriores, quizá un poco ruidoso, ya que es un bajo que da a la calle y hay movimiento de coches y tranvías, pero tampoco tan molesto.

location great, tram/bus stop and supermarket are very close. spacious apartment. host responses fast and addresses our needs very fast too.

After small improvements apartment will be amazing. In august AC would be helpful, fans are good but not enough.

O espaço é bem grande, camas confortáveis, ótimos chuveiros, ventilador e umidificadores, internet e boa, tudo muito arrumado e limpo

Poderia ter sabonete

The owner allowed us to enter early and we did appreciate this a lot, as we needed to leave our bags. The place is spacious, and located conveniently in a historic neighborhood. It has a huge TV, which we took advantage of. Again, the best thing about the place is how big the space is. The appliances seem new and had 2 big fans and a desumidifier

The biggest problem was the fact that it was rather dirty. The fridge, the common area, the bathroom, the utensils. The cupboards were smelling as if they were heavily impregnated in dangerous chemicals, probably insecticide. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, which we had to put. Another big problem is that is basically in a basement with zero ventilation and lots of humidity. One of the room is right next to the team which is very noisy and trumbling. The other room had zero natural light. Another thing that we found concerning is that we were asked to tidy the space, and to put the truth out, which made us question if there is much cleaning don between bookings.
