The codes were sent and we could easily get into the building. They also were flexible with arrivals times.
I had to share all guest passport numbers in order to get codes, which made me a little uncomfortable. Also the actual lock on the apartment door that required a kiey was difficult.

L'emplacement à 2 pas des restaurants et du tram La propriété du logement, les équipements, tout y est parfait. Une communication fluide avec les propriétaires. Le ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour et ce même pour une semaine de location !

La tranquilidad, la cercanía a un supermercado y que no había aglomeración de turistas
En la habitación de cama doble no había armario (sería una buena mejora), también comentar que la "manguera bidet" del aseo no funcionaba.
