Great apartment; it was bigger than I expected from the pictures and other reviews. We found it to be perfectly comfortable for our family of 4! The kitchen is a bit dated but functional and well equipped for self-catering. The sofa bed is quite comfortable as well. Great location with many good cafes & restaurants within a few minutes walk. Also walkable to the center within 20-30 minutes or a tram stop right outside the door if you don’t care to walk!

La ubicación es muy conveniente y el apartamento es bien iluminado.
El baño es muy incomodo, necesita una actualización, ademas tiene un vidrio que da al dormitorio principal, en la noche si alguien lo usa despierta a quien esta en el mismo.

Great location, very nice landlord with a lots of Tipps.
supermarket with bakery and a lot of restaurants, cafes and and nice places nearby
Often noisy, cause of traffic, tram and the trucks coming to bring stuff for the supermarket.
the apartment is ok, but the best days are behind. sunny and renovated isn’t the right description. the Balkony is the north, so there is no sun there.
kitchen is ok, most important stuff to cook is there.
