stupenda posizione a Gracia, comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione della città. molto ben arredato con stile e dotato di tutti i comfort. molto piacevole e rilassante anche la zona stessa molto vivace e pittoresca con bellissimi negozi tipici anche alimentari e valide trattorie tipiche portoghesi.
da migliorare sicuramente la climatizzazione del piano sotto tetto dov'è posizionata la stanza matrimoniale. non essendo coibentata durante la stagione estiva l'aria condizionata (1 elemento solo) è insufficiente. durante il giorno quindi è una stanza troppo calda. forse la proprietà potrebbe dotare di un altro elemento per rinfrescare.

Access to tram 28 and 12 to get down the hill. Close to supermarkets and bakeries.
Very noisy being above the restaurants. I had read previous reviews but thought being winter it would be a bit quieter. I was very wrong. The pillows all need replacing and the bed upstairs is extremely uncomfortable. All the sliding doors need fixing.
